TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL :

1. I have every right to reject your request if it violates my TOS.2. The client cannot claim my artwork as their own / as drawn by another person/s.3. When posting my art on social media, I will have the full credit as the artist.4. Credit me with a direct link back to my Carrd, X (Twitter), or VGen.5. Do not rush orders unless you're willing to pay more.6. Artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If commercial use, go to PRICING category.7. Do not use my artwork, whether you receive it or not, for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI learning.8. I have the right to post any / all artworks on external social media/s and to put artwork on my portfolio.
If you do not want me to share or post the finalized art piece, INFORM ME BEFOREHAND.9. Do not heavily edit my work without my permission.10. I do not draw pornographic, NSFW, or suggestive art. Gore, with reason, is fine.

PAYMENTS :

- Payments are sent in full before a commission is started.

PRICING :

- If you inform me that you're using it for commercial use, it will cost more than the original price (2x more for streaming use, 3x more for merch).

REVISIONS :

- Unlimited revisions for the sketch.
- Small changes are okay if you are not satisfied with the final result (3 MAX). Major changes will not be added.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY :

- If theres a deadline, i will charge extra. (+$15-$20)
- The artwork will be completed within one to two weeks.

REFUNDS :

- Refunds can be done if it has not been worked on and not confirmed it.
- If something personal happens, or the deadline is reached, you will be fully refunded.
